The handles feature a durable, rust-resistant chrome coating, which contributes to their longevity and performance. With a 28mm knurled grip, you will experience a secure and non-slip hold during your lifts, reducing hand fatigue and enhancing safety. Additionally, the integrated rotating sleeves offer smooth 360° rotation, making these handles perfect for a range of exercises, including curls, presses, and rows.
Compatible with all standard 2-inch Olympic weight plates, these adjustable handles allow you to tailor your training without the need to invest in multiple sets of dumbbells. Their compact 20-inch length strikes a balance between size and loading versatility, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters alike.
